We’re seeking a highly motivated, creative and process driven Project Manager to join the team responsible for shaping our reputation with our clients and partners.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Trade Communications, this national project management role is responsible for executing communications strategies that inform our internal and external audiences about NE portfolio of products, performance and points of different.
You will initiate commercially relevant conversations with our trade partners and our commercial teams in entertaining ways spanning (but not limited to);
EXPERIENCE: Born from a product, brand or campaign inspiration point these demonstrates our capabilities and start the conversations we want to have by creating a customer or brand experience.
EVENTS: built to drive awareness for our internal and external audiences that capture attention at scale, educate, inspire around new or existing products.
ENABLEMENT: Programs or collateral or designed to enable commercial teams to be effective in market and ensure the commercial strategy is mobilised at scale.
ENGAGEMENT: Campaigns or content designed to drive engagement with NE through owned channels.
This role is operational and requires the effective management of a variety of trade communication projects encompassing all of the above.
Via a clear strategic plan set by the Head of Function, you will support high performance outcomes through effective team operations designed to achieve team goals.
You thrive under pressure and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, set tasks, expectations and internal perceptions. You are an excellent communicator and have the skills to motivate collaboration across the business to deliver the desired outcome.
The role is operational, highly collaborative and relies on effective management of a range of projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on role and will deliver excellent growth and learning opportunities for the right person.
As the ideal candidate, you have 2+ years’ experience in marketing, media or like comms. management style roles. Media sales experience, events or other marketing related disciplines are valuable.
Relevant experience aside, your reputation for professionalism and natural ability to create, retain and promote positive working relationships is key
